Harbour is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to support daily operations and maintain a polished, professional showroom environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in high standards and who can represent the brand as a key first point of contact for clients, while also supporting the sales team.

Showroom Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished showroom
• Execute weekly, biweekly, and monthly tasks including sample resets, inventory audits, and replenishing and ordering samples
• Ensure the showroom is always prepared for client visits

Client Experience & Communication

• Serve as a first point of contact by answering phones, greeting clients, and responding to email inquiries
• Communicate clearly and professionally across all channels
• Maintain a calm, polished, and solution-oriented tone

Sales Support

• Assist Design Consultants with client interactions in the showroom, via phone, and via email
• Prepare and write client quotes accurately and professionally
• Utilize floor planning tools to support layout concepts and client needs
• Support overall sales process by ensuring timely and organized communication

Proactive Ownership

• Anticipate operational and client needs and take action without prompting
• Manage recurring responsibilities and priorities
• Identify and resolve issues before they escalate

Product Knowledge

• Develop strong knowledge of Harbour products, materials, and finishes
• Confidently support client questions, including stepping in when a sales rep is unavailable

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Professional, polished communication skills
• A proactive mindset with strong follow-through
• Positive attitude and reliability
• Experience with floor planning tools or willingness to learn
• Interest in design, furniture, or interiors is a plus
